Marina Solin

Marina has 20 years of experience in dealing with regulatory issues on behalf of the telecoms industry. 

At the beginning of her career, she worked with Cullen International on a European Commission project providing the regulatory analysis for accession negotiations of Eastern European countries in the field of telecoms. 

At the Representative Office of ‘Deutsche Telekom’ in Brussels, Marina gained experience as a lobbyist towards the institutions of the European Community. 

Whilst working at T-Mobile in London she lobbied European institutions on behalf of the European mobile industry. Lobbying tasks included m-commerce related issues such as mobile payments (E-Money and Payment Services Directives), data protection, copyright, etc. 

Within the GSM Association, Marina has been working on regulatory aspects of payments, drones, identity and artificial intelligence.

Marina has completed the Sloan Fellowship Programme at London Business School and is fluent in Croatian, German, English and French.
